THE MISSION : World Am, Inc. (OTCBB:WDAM) is a holding company whose mission is to identify, acquire and develop commercially viable innovative technology. The present business plan calls for WDAM to continue to develop its operating subsidiaries, Senz-It and, Isotec, to profitability and to acquire additional companies and technologies in order to increase the value of the company. Future plans may involve the sale or spin-off of business units as deemed appropriate. The objective of The Company is to achieve superior returns through acquisition and/or equity investments in ventures based on commercially developing innovative technologies offering high, mid to long-term growth potentials.

The company initially intends to invest in one or more companies to be formed or acquired and then grown in cooperation with Select University Technologies, Inc. (“SUTI”). SUTI has developed a combination of proprietary tools and methodologies to select and incubate technology projects with high commercialization potential. Through the investment of its funds, The Company intends to monetarily support each target project selected from initial operations through cash flow breakeven and profitability.
